Norway ready to recognise Palestinian state

Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Store welcomes Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Monday. The two will discuss the situation in the Palestinian territories, as well as sign an agreement that leads to the Palestinians' representative in Norway upgraded to ambassador.
According to the Minister, Norway is ready to recognize a Palestinian state.
Our message is clear. We stand ready to recognize a Palestinian state when it is ready. It should be clarified so that it has limits, it has a normal state must have. Then the occupation in one way or another end, and it should be done through negotiations, says Gahr Store, to TV 2 News Channel.
