Protest music Aotearoa

In conjunction with the Turnbull Gallery exhibition Revolting! The sound of protest in Aotearoa, the Alexander Turnbull Library is hosting a series of panels talks discussing New Zealand's protest music.

The first panel will feature Simon Grigg (of Suburban Reptiles, owner of the Propeller and Huh labels and founder of the forthcoming AudioCulture website), Kerry Ann Lee (artist, punk aficionado and Senior Lecturer in design at Otago Polytechnic) and Redmer Yska (journalist, historian and writer of several books including: All Shook Up and NZ Truth).
