Urgent Update on ANZCCART anti-vivisection protests

URGENT UPDATE: The Vivisection conference has been cancelled in Auckland, but events will still going ahead and protests will be happening at new locations!

The ANZCCART conference that was due to take place this weekend has been abruptly cancelled after the Ellerslie Event Centre refused to host the event. In a statement the Ellerslie Event Centre said they were unaware of the true nature of the conference but once they discovered it was an animal experimentation conference they sent out the following statement:

'The Ellerslie Event Centre has advised that the ANZCCART event from Sunday June 30 until Tuesday 1st July will no longer be taking place at the Event Centre.'

Please spread the word about these changes and come along to some or all of these events. This your chance to speak out for animals suffering in vivisection labs. They need your voice!

Thats great! Full marks to the Ellerslie Events Centre for taking an ethical stance, and kudos to the new Auckland animal rights group for raising awareness

Feel free to contact the Waipuna Hotel and Conference Center to express your disgust at them for harbouring vivisectors and hosting a conference promoting animal abuse and torture.

They may deny knowing anything but we know for sure the animal abusers are staying there.
