Design Warehouse agrees - no more kwila
Mr. Walsh of the Design Warehouse agreed on Saturday that he would not import anymore Kwila products. Rainforest Action is happy, but there are many more companies to go this summer, and it is important to know that we will be watching. If new kwila appears at the design warehouse, we will return...
The protest of around 15-20 people got lots of toots and turned away quite a few potential customers.

I agree with this protest. Capitalism must be reformed, and we can use consumerist pressure to get capitalists to be nice.
In other news, a new capitalist enterprise has started that is selling furniture that is not made of wood. Platespin is the trading name.
It has been proven that furniture made from Bones, Steel, Marble and Plastic is way better for the environment.
